• I clarify the task. I talk through with you exactly what the assistant needs to do, under what rules, in what tone, and write it down. This is where most setups go wrong — “write well” is too vague to work; you need concrete rules like “keep sentences short, no emoji, never quote a price.”
• I organize the reference documents. Price lists, brand guidelines, FAQs, past best examples — everything the assistant needs to know, uploaded in the right format.
• I test it against real scenarios. With the questions your team will actually ask, fixing every place it answers wrong or incompletely. This isn’t a one-shot job — it takes a few rounds.
• I hand it to your team. Delivered with a short usage note — without saying “ask it like this,” most teams never end up using the tool at all, and I write that note.

Which Tool We Use

Custom GPT (inside ChatGPT) and Claude Project (inside Claude) work on the same logic: persistent instructions, persistent reference files. The Mistake I See Most Often

Trying to get the first instruction perfect. A setup isn’t something you get right in one pass — you test it, see the wrong answer, and adjust the instructions accordingly. Skipping that loop and saying “written, done” turns into an “the assistant keeps giving wrong answers” complaint a few weeks later.

What It Does Not Do

Is my data (price list, customer information) safe?

It depends on the tool. With Custom GPT and Claude Project, your data falls under that vendor’s terms of use. If sensitive data is involved, we decide together what the assistant should and shouldn’t be given.

My team isn’t technical — can they still use it?
