These Terms of Use govern the relationship between anyone who visits or uses the website at / (the ” Site”) and its owner and operator. By continuing to use the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

Throughout this text, “we” and “us” refer to the business above; “you” and “user” refer to the person visiting the Site.

2. Purpose and scope of the Site

The Site exists to present the services offered and to publish informational content on digital advertising, measurement, search visibility and AI-assisted marketing. The principal services are:

No goods or services are sold online through the Site, no payment is taken and no order is created. Service descriptions, case examples and any price ranges shown on the Site do not constitute a binding offer; they are provided for general information.

3. How an engagement begins

Contacting us through the Site’s contact form, by phone, WhatsApp or email is only a request for a conversation. That contact alone does not create a service agreement between the parties.

You send your request; we clarify your needs and the scope together.
A written proposal is issued for the agreed scope (service definition, timeline, fee, payment terms).
Upon your written acceptance, a separate service agreement or order form comes into effect.

Rights and obligations relating to the service are set out in that separate agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement prevails over these Terms of Use.

4. No guarantee of results

Advertising management, SEO and digital marketing are, by their nature, **best-efforts services rather than result-guaranteed deliverables.**Campaign performance depends on the algorithm, policy and pricing decisions of third-party platforms such as Google and Meta, on competitive intensity, on sector and seasonal conditions, on the advertised product or service itself and its price, and on the quality of the website and the sales process behind it.

No specific cost per click, conversion rate, sales volume, revenue, ranking position or return on ad spend is promised. See the Sorumluluk Reddi for detail.

5. Third-party advertising platforms

Services are delivered on third-party platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. These platforms have their own terms and advertising policies, which may change without prior notice.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the advertising account belongs to the client, who is the account holder and the platform’s counterparty.
Advertising budget is paid directly to the platform and is separate from service fees.
Decisions by platforms to suspend accounts, reject ads, issue policy violations or close accounts are at those platforms’ discretion. No guarantee can be given regarding such decisions, although support is provided during appeal processes.
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that advertised products, services, claims and creative assets comply with applicable law, including Turkish advertising regulations and any sector-specific rules.

6. Intellectual property

All text, Knowledge Base articles, images, graphics, video, logos and trademarks, page layout, source code and compiled content on the Site — except where owned by third parties — belong to Oğuz Han Erol and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and applicable international treaties.

Permitted without asking

Reading, viewing in a browser and printing a single copy for personal, non-commercial use.
Short quotations with attribution and a direct link to the relevant page .

Requires written permission

Copying, reproducing or republishing all or a substantial part of the content.
Commercial use, resale or licensing of the content.
Bulk extraction by automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) and use of that content as a dataset, or transfer of it to third parties.
Adapting the content to create derivative works.

7. Your obligations as a user

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Disrupt the Site’s operation, security or availability in any way (excessive requests, denial-of-service attempts, probing for vulnerabilities, unauthorised access attempts).
Reverse-engineer any part of the Site or circumvent its security measures.
Use the contact form, WhatsApp line or email address to send spam, bulk promotional material or misleading content.
Submit another person’s identity or contact details without their permission.
Transmit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.

In case of breach we reserve the right to restrict your access without notice and to claim damages. Legal and criminal liability arising from such breach rests with the user.

8. Links and embedded content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded content (maps, video, chat links and similar). We have no control over the content, currency, security or privacy practices of those resources and accept no responsibility for them. Once you follow a link, that resource’s own terms apply.

9. Availability and right to change

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical faults or the hosting provider. We reserve the right to modify, restrict or discontinue the Site’s content, structure and services without prior notice.

Reasonable technical measures are taken to keep the Site free of viruses and malicious software; however, taking your own security precautions for files you download remains your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

Content on the Site is for general information and does not replace professional advice. No responsibility is accepted for the consequences of decisions you make in reliance on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for damages arising from use of the Site is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence . Indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data and loss of business are excluded. This limitation does not apply to damage to a person’s life, bodily integrity or health, nor in any case where the law does not permit such limitation.

11. Force majeure

Natural disaster, fire, epidemic, war, cyber attack, failures of electricity or internet infrastructure, faults originating from hosting or advertising platform providers, decisions of public authorities and similar circumstances beyond our reasonable control constitute force majeure. No liability arises for delayed or non-performance in such circumstances.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from their application or interpretation.

For users qualifying as consumers, the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, within the applicable monetary thresholds, is reserved.

These terms take effect upon publication on the Site. We reserve the right to update them unilaterally; the current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is updated accordingly. Material changes are additionally announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated text.
