We agree whether amounts include tax, which day receives refunds and when the reporting day closes. Branch owners use the same fields for daily submissions, while head office can review totals and details. Missing reports remain distinct from zero sales. Corrections retain the original value and explanation so the comparison can be traced to the underlying records.
Try a shared report with a few branches
A daily form, missing-report list and period comparison provide a focused first version to try quickly. We check how two branches report the same sample day and distinguish closed days from unreported days. Does correcting yesterday’s report change period totals?
Totals can recalculate from the current report. Correction history remains, and a previously shared period report can retain its version where needed.
