When several people record income and expenses throughout the day, tracing each amount at closing time becomes difficult. I can bring the movements in your Excel or Google Sheets files into a shared web app, using a consistent record for transaction type, category and explanation.
From daily entries to a checked summary
A cashier enters receipts while an operations colleague records spending through their own account. Each entry carries a date, amount, payment method and supporting document or note. The daily view can separate cash, cards and transfers. Corrections retain the previous value and who made the change. Refunds and internal transfers remain distinct from ordinary sales income so the totals retain their meaning.
Test the first version with one day’s activity
An entry form, movement list and daily summary provide a focused first version I can demonstrate quickly. Where needed, opening balances are defined separately. We compare the summary with existing records, set what each team member can see and give management period filters and access to detail. Selected movements can be exported for finance; recorded totals are not presented as the same thing as a bank balance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the app spot a transaction entered twice?
We can add warnings based on dates, document numbers or other agreed fields. Similar amounts are not always duplicates, so an authorised person makes the final decision.
Does this replace accounting software?
Its purpose is to collect and review daily operational transactions. We can agree an export format that supports your formal accounting process.

Tell me about your website and what you need on WhatsApp or by phone; we agree on a work block of somewhere between 5 and 40 hours and I start doing what is needed. On a fixed monthly fee both sides are watching the wrong thing: you watch a fixed cost, the other side watches how many more contracts like this they can line up. Working by the hour puts us both in front of the same thing — the real value of the work that got done. I know not having an upfront answer to "how much will this cost in total?" is the natural cost of this model. But instead of paying a fixed fee for months to a setup that is not producing results, you only pay for the qualified time spent on your work — and you see exactly where that time went, start to finish. That is why my clients keep coming back.
