Sheet Stack privacy policy
Effective 17 October 2026. Publisher: Oğuz Erol. This policy describes Sheet Stack version 0.1.0, its product website and support correspondence.
What the add-on accesses
Sheet Stack combines selected tabs in the currently open Google Sheets spreadsheet. It requests current-spreadsheet access and permission to display a sidebar. It does not request access to all Google Drive files or Gmail.
The add-on reads selected tab names, headers, cell values, calculated formula results, formulas and number formats to prepare your preview, detect changes and create the requested output. The first 20 output data rows appear in your sidebar. When you choose to create the output, it writes a new tab in the same spreadsheet. It does not modify selected source tabs.
How data is used and shared
Processing takes place in Google’s Apps Script and Sheets infrastructure and the sidebar displayed to you. This version has no developer-operated data collection endpoint, third-party analytics, advertising SDK or AI processing service inside the add-on. Spreadsheet data is not sold or sent to a developer server. Google processes platform data under its own policies.
Sheet Stack’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the requested preview and merge functions, not for advertising or AI model training.
Operation metadata and retention
Google Apps Script UserProperties stores a per-user operation record: spreadsheet identifier, selected tab identifiers, options, a source checksum, output name and expiry. After success, it can contain the output identifier/link and row count. Source cell tables are not stored in this record.
A preview is usable for 15 minutes. Expiry prevents its use but does not itself delete the stored record. A later preview replaces the record, and some error paths remove it. This version has no automatic background deletion job. Generated output remains in your spreadsheet until you delete it. Google controls underlying platform storage and retention.
Logs and security
Cell contents are not intentionally written to application logs; Apps Script exception logging is disabled in the manifest. Google may process service and security metadata. Access is limited to the current document and sidebar. No developer-operated copy of your source table is maintained.
This website and support
The oguzerol.com product pages are separate from the add-on. The website uses its existing cookie consent controls, Google tag infrastructure and, after applicable consent, measurement or marketing tools. These website tools do not run in the add-on or receive spreadsheet cells from it. See the website privacy policy for details.
If you email support, Oğuz Erol receives your address and the information you choose to send. Correspondence is used to answer your request and retained as needed to handle the issue, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Do not send real spreadsheet contents, file links, passwords, tokens or confidential customer data.
Your choices and contact
You can stop using or uninstall Sheet Stack, revoke its access in Google account connections and delete generated output sheets. Revocation does not mean all platform metadata is immediately deleted. Contact oguz@oguzerol.com for privacy questions or requests to access or delete support correspondence and operation metadata. Requests are handled subject to the data available to the publisher and applicable obligations; do not send a spreadsheet or credentials with your request.
Policy changes
Material processing changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date before the updated behavior is introduced.
