Company Profile Document | Corporate Deck
Heading into a meeting with a new client, or putting together paperwork for a tender, the first question is always the same: “Do you have a document that introduces your company?” Most businesses either don’t have one, or it’s a PDF put together three years ago that’s since gone stale.
When I build a company profile document, I start with the copy: who you are, what you do, who you’ve worked with. Then I set that into a readable design. If you want, I deliver Turkish and English versions together, because most companies end up needing both.
Why content comes before design
A beautifully designed profile document full of empty sentences loses the reader’s eye fast. I decide first what information goes in what order: company history, service areas, standout projects, team, contact. The design sits on top of that skeleton — not the other way around.
So the first step is always a conversation. I listen to your company’s story, the work you’re proudest of, and your target audience. AI speeds up the draft copy here, but tone and accuracy stay under my control.
Corporate profile or presentation deck?
A profile document is a calm, readable PDF sent by email. A presentation deck is built to be talked through live in a meeting — less text, more visuals. They do different jobs; using one in place of the other usually doesn’t work.
Most clients need both: they email the document and open the deck in the meeting. If you want, I build both in the same visual language, as a package.
Delivery and updates
I deliver the file both as an editable source file and as a PDF. I keep the template simple enough that you can add a new reference or update a figure yourself when you need to. I can also handle small updates for you if needed.
How do we start? First, a free 20-30 minute intro call. We talk about what you want and what’s realistic. If it’s a fit, I send the scope and price in writing, then we begin. You can reach me from the contact page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the English version an extra charge?
Yes — translation and adaptation is separate work, so I add it to the scope and price separately. But if we plan both in the same conversation, the total cost comes out lower than two separate projects.
What if I don’t have a logo or brand colors ready?
No problem — we start with a clean, simple design language. Updating the document later once your brand identity is set is much easier than starting from scratch.
How many pages should it be?
For most businesses, 4-8 pages is enough. Longer documents don’t get read; shorter ones don’t give enough information. We decide together based on your content.
The tender requires a specific format — can you match it?
If the tender specification asks for a particular format, I review it first and build the document to that template. A general-purpose company profile and tender paperwork aren’t the same thing.
