AI Services | Solutions That Simplify Your Business
Most business owners feel “we should be using AI,” but the follow-up question — “where do I even start” — usually goes unanswered. This page exists to answer that: a map of concrete, measurable AI applications that actually save time in your business.
I’ve worked in advertising for 20 years, and for the last few years I’ve been doing a large part of that work through AI agents — automating tasks that used to take hours, like reading reports, cleaning data, and producing content. Everything described here is something I either use in my own workflow or have set up for clients.
Excel and data work
Excel is where most businesses lose the most time day to day: reporting, data cleanup, comparing two lists, pulling data out of PDFs. Most of this can now be automated down to minutes with AI-assisted tooling. I go into detail on my Excel automation page.
This area is especially well-suited to repetitive, rule-based work — things like processing data that arrives in the same format every month. Think mechanical, time-consuming tasks, not decisions that require creativity.
Customer communication and automation
Automatic replies to repetitive WhatsApp questions, a chatbot on your website, an automatic CRM entry when a form is submitted — these speed up a business’s first contact with a customer. It’s not fully automatic after setup; you also need to define upfront where things hand off to a human.
The most common mistake I warn about here is wanting to automate everything. Some conversations need a human touch, and drawing that line correctly is the most critical part of the job.
Documents, presentations, and training
PDF summarization, pulling a report out of a meeting recording, building a presentation — these are also areas where AI delivers fast results. I also provide AI training, whether for your team or for you personally — teaching how to use a tool correctly matters just as much as setting it up.
If you’re not sure which area fits you, that’s normal — most business owners aren’t sure either. In the preliminary call, I listen to your workflow and we find together where you’re losing the most time.
How do we start? First, we have a free 20–30 minute preliminary call. We talk about what you want and what’s realistic. If it’s a fit, I send the scope and price in writing, then we begin. You can reach me via the contact page.
Frequently Asked Questions
I have no technical background — can I still use AI?
Yes, I handle the setup and the technical side. What’s expected from you is explaining your current workflow and giving feedback as we go. You don’t need to write code or learn anything technical.
Is my data safe?
We talk upfront about which tool we’re using, with which data, and where. If sensitive data is involved, I factor that in from the start; I don’t have a “send everything to every tool” approach. I cover this in detail during the preliminary call.
Which AI tools do you use?
It depends on the job — I use ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, and others. I’m not tied to a single tool; I pick whatever fits the job best. What matters is the result working correctly, not the tool’s name.
Which service gets requested the most?
Right now the most requested area is Excel and data work — because the result is visible immediately and it delivers concrete time savings. But this varies by business; we start with whatever’s the priority for you.
