The readiness audit is an assessment that shows you where you stand before you jump in: I score your data, your processes, and how ready your team is for AI, then hand you a realistic 90-day roadmap. It’s a packaged, clearly-scoped entry point into consulting.

What Gets Assessed

Three main areas: data (is your customer and process data organized, is it accessible), process (are your repetitive tasks defined, or do they still live in people’s heads), and team (is your team open to using AI, and where’s the resistance). I score each area separately, so instead of a single overall number, you get a clear picture of where you’re strong and where you’re weak.

This assessment is backed by a short look at your existing systems (CRM, accounting, communication tools) and by conversations with your team.

The 90-Day Roadmap

At the end of the audit, you don’t get an abstract report — you get a concrete sequence: what to do in the first 30 days, what to add over the next 60. Priority generally goes to the lowest-risk, fastest-payoff steps — starting with a big, risky transformation is rarely the right approach.

The roadmap also shows which of my services (setup, automation, training) fits at which stage — but you’re not obligated to use them. The report is a standalone deliverable you can use independently.

The Audit Is the First Link in the Chain
