Industry Radar Report | Weekly Intelligence Service

2 min read29 July 2026

Tracking what your competitors are doing, regulatory changes in your industry, new tenders, and emerging trends is time-consuming but valuable work. Most business owners want to do it, but it keeps getting pushed aside amid day-to-day operations — and eventually it just doesn’t get done.

The Industry Radar Report is a subscription service that turns this into a single page for you, every week. An agent scans the relevant sources (news, competitor sites, tender announcements, regulatory updates), and I review that output and turn what’s actually meaningful and accurate into a one-page summary.

Why Agent Plus Human

Relying purely on automated scanning is risky, because an agent can mistake the wrong source for something important, or miss context. I review every report before it goes out: what was genuinely important, and what was noise. This is the format this kind of subscription service is settling into heading toward 2027 — not fully automated, not fully manual, but a combination of the two.

This approach gets you speed while keeping reliability intact; a report built purely from raw agent output loses its value over time.

What the Report Looks Like

One page every week: competitor moves (new products, price changes, campaigns), regulatory or incentive updates relevant to your industry, open tenders, and notable broader trends. Not a long report — I aim for something you can read in five minutes.

If you’d like, I can prepare a sample issue for your specific industry in advance, so you can evaluate what kind of output to expect before we even talk.

Who This Makes Sense For

In industries where competition is intense, regulation changes often, or tender tracking matters, this service saves real time. If you’re in a stable, low-competition space, a monthly summary might make more sense than a weekly one.

How do we start? First, we have a free 20-30 minute initial call. We talk about what you want and what’s realistic. If it looks like a good fit, I send you the scope and price in writing, then we begin. You can reach me through the contact page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which sources do you scan?

It varies by industry: news sites, competitor websites and social media accounts, official tender announcement platforms, relevant regulatory sources. We determine these together with you.

How often does the report come?

Weekly is my standard recommendation, but it can be set up every two weeks or monthly depending on the pace of your industry.

Could inaccurate or outdated information end up in the report?

To minimize this, I personally review every report before it’s sent. That said, if a source site publishes incorrect information, that risk doesn’t disappear entirely — I recommend verifying anything that looks suspicious.

Is there a trial?

I can prepare the first report as a sample after our initial call, so you see the format before the subscription actually starts.
