One-on-One Google Ads Training | Manage Your Own Ads

3 min read29 July 2026Updated: 30 July 2026

Not everyone wants to outsource their ad management — some business owners, or whoever handles ads in-house, want to run their own account themselves. This training is for them: not a generic course, but a one-on-one program that works on your own account, tailored to your industry.

There are dozens of free Google Ads videos on YouTube, but most of them give you generic knowledge and never look at the actual problem in your account. Here, we share a screen and work through your campaign, your data, together. We work on an hourly basis.

How the Program Works

First, we talk about your level and your goal — are you starting from zero, or do you already have an account you want to manage better? Based on that, I put together a program: campaign types, keywords and match types, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, how to read the reports.

Lessons are done live, over screen share. You can apply what I’m explaining directly to your own account in real time — that sticks a lot better than watching a video.

The Recordings Stay With You

Every lesson gets recorded and handed over to you. If you forget something, or hire a new employee later, you can go back to the recordings. It’s a small detail that extends the learning value of a one-time training well past the session itself.

I also give you a concrete task to work on after each lesson — the goal isn’t just listening, it’s learning by doing.

Who It’s For, and Who It Isn’t

Good fit: business owners who have the time and the interest to work on their account, or businesses with an employee planned to take on ads in-house. Not a good fit: anyone who can’t set aside any time and just wants “someone to handle it” — a managed service is the right call for that.

If you want to move to a managed service during or after the training, that’s possible too, but I don’t set up the training as a sales funnel for it.

How do we start? First, we have a free 20-30 minute intro call. We talk about what you want and what’s realistic. If it makes sense, I’ll send you the scope and price in writing, then we begin. You can reach me through the contact page.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have no Google Ads knowledge at all — can I still start?

Yes. The program is built around your level, and we start from the basics if you’re starting from zero. The only requirement is having (or setting up) your own ad account — this is hands-on, not theoretical.

How many lessons will it take?

It varies by person; a few lessons can be enough if your goal is basic campaign management, or we can build a longer program if you want deeper expertise. Rather than giving a fixed number, we plan it around your goal during the intro call.

Do you log into my account during the training?

You share your own screen, I guide you. If needed I can also demonstrate a specific action myself, but the general principle is that you use the account — because the goal is for you to learn, not for me to manage it.

Can I get support after the training ends?

You can still write in with short questions after the program ends. If you want regular, in-depth support, that’s a separate consulting conversation — training and ongoing support are different scopes.
