Training Video Script and Slide Decks
In-house training usually runs on one person (HR, a team lead, a specialist) delivering the same explanation live, over and over. That costs that person’s time, and the delivery ends up slightly different every time. Turned into a written script and a slide deck, the training becomes standardized and reusable.
I take your existing training content — a recording, a presentation, or just a verbal walkthrough if that’s all you have — and turn it into a professional script and slide deck. From there, you can either have a person present it, or have it turned into a video with an AI avatar presenter so every new employee watches the exact same quality of training.
From an Existing Delivery to a Script
I usually start from an existing training session (a recording or a live walkthrough) rather than writing from scratch. This keeps the real language and real examples intact — instead of a generic training text, you get something specific to your company.
I break the script into clear sections: intro, main topic step by step, example scenarios, summary. This turns a long, scattered explanation into something people can actually follow.
Slide Design
I don’t fill slides with dense text; each slide is kept simple enough to support a single idea. The presenter (or the avatar) delivers the actual information — the slide is visual support.
This separation matters especially if you’re going the avatar-video route, because the viewer is both listening to audio and reading the screen — if the two overlap, neither one fully lands.
Video With an AI Avatar Presenter
If you’d like, I can turn the finished script and slides into a video with an AI avatar presenter. This lets you show the same training consistently to every new employee, without having to deliver it live over and over.
How do we start? We begin with a free 20–30 minute intro call. We talk about what you want and what’s realistic. If it looks like a fit, I send you the scope and price in writing, then we start. You can reach me through the contact page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does an avatar video really look like a real presenter?
The technology is moving fast and gives fairly convincing results these days, but it may still not feel like a “real person.” That’s usually not an issue for serious, technical training content; if brand image matters a lot, we compare it side by side with a real recording and decide together.
What languages can this be produced in?
Whatever language the script is written in, the avatar video can be produced in that language; translating into multiple languages is also possible as a separate add-on to the scope.
There’s no recording of my current training — can this still be done?
Yes. In that case I ask for a short call where you walk me through the topic, and I build the script from that.
How fast do you deliver?
It depends on the length of the content; for an average training module, the script and slides usually take about a week, and video production is a separate timeline on top of that.
