A price for a two-metre cable must not land against your one-metre product. I review the source, the target columns and the product identifiers before building the import. The service suits purchasing staff preparing product lists, ecommerce teams checking supplier availability and people repeatedly copying published information into a report. For a few one-off rows, manual entry may cost less than a maintained connection. ## Two products, distinct fields The fictional example contains **Cable: stock 24, price €100**, and **Adapter: stock 8, price €250**. I map source product codes to your products and put quantity and price in separate columns. The source link and last successful check remain visible. These figures are illustrative, not a completed client result. An empty stock field is not automatically zero. An unavailable price is not silently replaced with an old one and labelled current. Unmatched products go to review; model, variant and pack quantity help distinguish similar names. ## Start with the source’s supported output A provided CSV, Excel export or authorised API may be the simplest route. If data comes from a page, access conditions, authentication and the available fields determine scope. I do not promise every website can be collected with the same method.
