I can model expiry, handover and review choices explicitly; a new app still needs clear ownership and access decisions. Removing an Excel or Google Sheets share is not the only way to manage outside access. An app can make project, time and action scope explicit for temporary collaboration. As Oğuz Erol, I develop custom web apps for this workflow. Work-hour packages Tell me about your business and what you need on WhatsApp or by phone; we agree on **a work block of somewhere between 5 and 40 hours** and I start doing what is needed.
