Shared ownership can be designed deliberately when more than one person must work on a case. Rather than hand each representative an Excel or Google Sheets copy, assignment scope can come from one source. Google Sheets protected ranges help, but which customer records someone can see should be an application rule. As Oğuz Erol, I develop custom web apps for this workflow.
